Paul W. Imhoff
SUPERINTENDENT OF SCHOOLS
Paul Imhoff has been leading the Mariemont
City School District as Superintendent since
July of 2007. Prior to joining the district, he
served as assistant superintendent in Madeira
City Schools and held positions as assistant
principal and principal in the Wyoming, Madeira
and Mapleton school districts. Mr. Imhoff began
his career in education as a high school and
junior high language arts teacher.
An Ohio native, Mr. Imhoff earned his Bachelor
of Science in Education at Miami University and
his Masters in Education at the University of
Dayton. He also served in the United States
Army National Guard.
Currently, Mr. Imhoff serves on the executive
committee of the High AIMS (Achievement in Math
and Science) Consortium and sits on the Board of
Directors for the Hamilton/Clermont Cooperative
Association (HCCA), the Alliance for High
Quality Education, and the Valley Association of
School Administrators. He is a member of the
Leadership Cincinnati Steering Committee where
he serves as co-chair for Education Day and is
an active member of the American Association of
School Administrators (AASA), the Buckeye
Association of School Administrators (BASA), the
Association for Supervision and Curriculum
Development (ASCD), and the Midwest Suburban
Superintendents Association (MSSA). Mr. Imhoff
is this year's president of the Mariemont Kiwanis.
Superintendent of Schools, Mr. Imhoff works
daily with his administrative team, district
staff, Board of Education and community members
to continuously achieve the district’s mission
of Inspiring Scholars of Today to
become the Leaders of Tomorrow.
He is honored to serve the Columbia Township,
Fairfax, Mariemont and Terrace Park communities
in this capacity.
Natalie S. Lucas
Since 1988, Natalie Lucas has
served as Treasurer for Mariemont City Schools. She is an active
member in the Government Finance Officers Association, the
National Association of School Business Officials, and the Ohio
Association of School Business Officials (Ohio Valley Chapter
She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Business
Administration at the University of Cincinnati.
Mrs. Lucas directly oversees all financial operations for the
school district including budgeting and forecasting, payroll and
benefits, purchasing and accounts payable, investments, and
local, state and federal compliance and reporting.
A Mariemont High School alumnus,
Dr. Renner returned to his alma mater as assistant
principal in 1999,assuming the helm as Principal in 2002.
He also worked in the district as principal of Fairfax
Before joining Mariemont City Schools, Dr. Renner was the
principal at both St. Andrew-St. Elizabeth Ann Seton School and
St. Mary Elementary School.

at Miami University.
In addition to his duties as principal at Mariemont High School,
Dr. Renner coordinates
federal, state and local grants and serves as the curriculum
coordinator for Science, Technology, Business and Foreign
Language. He is a
member of both the district technology advisory team and the
professional development team as well as serving as the

Prior to Mariemont he taught and coached at Purcell High School
for three years and served as a graduate assistant at Western
Michigan University where he received his M.A. in Physical
Education. He is a 1974 graduate of Ashland University in Ohio
receiving his B.S. in Education majoring in Health, Physical
Education and Sociology.
Mr. Crosby’s current
administrative positions, along with being assistant principal,
include free and reduced lunch coordinator, community education
coordinator, job safety officer and supplemental salary
Koehne’s entire career in education has been as a part
of the Mariemont City School district faculty or administrative
From 1994 to 2002, he taught social
studies at Mariemont High School, where he also coached several
teams and served as the student council advisor.
In 2002, Mr. Koehne was named
principal of Fairfax Elementary and enjoyed the next two years
working with elementary students and teachers.
2004, he became Principal of Mariemont Junior High School.
Mr. Koehne’s educational background consists
of a Bachelor of Science in Education from Miami University
followed by his Masters in Education from Xavier University.
His other district
responsibilities include serving as the leader of the Technology
Advisory Team and district truancy officer.
Linda Lee became a member
of the Mariemont City Schools administrative team in 2004 as
Principal of Terrace Park Elementary.
Her prior administrative experience includes serving as a
principal at Shawnee Elementary and assistant principal at Glen
Este Middle School.
Mrs. Lee also taught at Poasttown Elementary and Madison and
Hopewell Junior High schools.
In addition, she served as a special education supervisor
for West Clermont Local Schools.n

Mrs. Lee’s district duties include serving as a member of
the district Technology Advisory Team, coordinator of DIBELS
reading evaluations and special education case manager. She
also oversees the district’s elementary visiting author
Mrs. Lee earned a BA from Miami University, a Masters of
Education from the University of Cincinnati, and has completed
additional graduate work at Xavier University.
Lance Hollander joins the Mariemont
Elementary school community as Principal beginning with the
2010-11 school year. Before assuming this position, he
served as Principal of Fairfax Elementary since 2004. Prior
to joining the district, he spent
three years as the assistant principal of Sherwood
Elementary in the Forest Hills School District and held math
and science teaching positions in the Three Rivers and
Cincinnati Public Schools district.
From 2007 - 2010, Mr.
Hollander also served as District Facilities Director.
He has been instrumental in
the process of developing a long-term
master facilities plan as well as overseeing ongoing
educational background includes Bachelor degrees in both
Sociology and Elementary Education and a Master’s degree in
Educational Administration – all from the University of
Cincinnati. He has also completed graduate coursework
at Xavier University.
His additional district responsibilities include the
development of elementary handbooks and plan books,
overseeing the Public School Works safety and regulatory
compliance system. He also serves as the Local Professional
Development Committee (LPDC).
Pupil Personnel Director
In 2010, Tricia has taken over the role of Pupil Personnel
Director. Her duties in this position include director of
special education, gifted education, Title I, and the ESL
Tricia began her career in the

Mrs. Buchert earned a BA in education from

Curriculum and Instruction
school year 2011-12, Shannon Kromer serves the Mariemont City
School District as the Director of Curriculum and Instruction
for grades K-12.
Mrs. Kromer has been with Mariemont for 16 years, her entire
career in education.
She has served the district as a junior high language arts
teacher and grade level leader.
In this role,
Mrs. Kromer will assist in the planning and implementation of
all professional development for teachers.
She will monitor annual curriculum reviews and will
manage the Resident Educator program for new teachers. She will
also oversee the Ohio Achievement Assessment, Ohio Graduation
Test, and End of Course Exam data analysis.
Mrs. Kromer will also monitor Highly Qualified Teacher
status for district educators and will manage the analysis of
data, and the resulting interventions, for the district’s Value
Added rating and other district testing.
Mrs. Kromer has
a BA in English/Secondary Education and a Masters in Educational
Administration, both earned at Xavier University. She
holds a Professional Administrator license for grades 4-12 and a
Senior Professional Educator license for grades 7-12.
Shannon is also recognized as a Master Teacher by the
state of Ohio.
